Information on data protection at EuLab Site by MultiLab SRL

Depending on how you contact us, we process different information about you.
Business partners (interested party/customer/supplier)

MultiLab stores contact data of the contact persons in the ERP system. Only employees who need to use these data have access to them. The legal basis for this is the legitimate interest of MultiLab SRL and the business partner in the execution of the contract. If you object to this processing, we may not be able to fulfil the contract. The objection should therefore be accompanied by the naming of the responsible contact person.

Furthermore, we use your data for targeted advertising of our products. You can informally object to this use at any time.
In principle, your data will remain in our company. We keep our contact data up to date and only delete them if they are invalid or if you wish to do so.

Website visitors

privacy

There is no automated decision making including profiling.
You have a right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of the processing of your data and, where applicable, data transferability.
If you object to a certain processing, we will check whether we can grant your request and inform you about our steps in this regard. It could be that legal storage obligations prevent this.
If you revoke a given consent, we will delete your personal data immediately. This does not apply to Google Analytics, as we are not able to allocate individual data and therefore cannot delete them specifically. Of course, no further data will be sent to Google from the time of revocation.
MultiLab SRL is responsible for data processing. Our data protection team will answer any questions you may have. There you can also reach our data protection officer Tel +4 0724 044800 or e-mail admin[at]multilab.ro
If you see reason to do so, you can complain to a supervisory authority.

Google services

Google provides its own information about their data processing: www.google.com/privacypolicy.html

Google Analytics

If the Tag Manager is loaded, it will load Google Analytics. We have activated IP anonymization. The service provides us with information about technology, behaviour, demographic and geographical characteristics of website visitors. This information cannot be assigned to a specific person.

Google Maps

We use the Maps API to create interactive map sections. This also tells Google the IP address, technical details of the browser and which map functions are used. Google does not provide any information about whether this data is used further.

We have linked YouTube videos and not embedded them.
Your data will only be transferred when you click on the video button.

Applicants

About Privacy Policy

“A privacy policy is a statement or legal document that discloses some or all of the ways a party gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a customer or client's data. Personal information can be anything that can be used to identify an individual, not limited to the person's name, address, date of birth, marital status, contact information, ID issue, and expiry date, financial records, credit information, medical history, where one travels, and intentions to acquire goods and services.
In the case of a business, it is often a statement that declares a party's policy on how it collects, stores, and releases personal information it collects. It informs the client what specific information is collected, and whether it is kept confidential, shared with partners, or sold to other firms or enterprises.”
